special HSMP case

Post by toufik7 » Thu Jul 12, 2007 10:27 am

Hi all,

I need some advice. I came to the UK as a dependant and been living here for last 5 years. My leave expired and I overstayed one year where I was working for a FTSE 250 company.
I applied for HSMP and got approval very quickly.
Unfortunately, am not in a category which allows me to switch so i need your opinions please on whether EC will be refused if i go back home cause of the fact i overstayed 1 year.
I've got enough funds in bank, still working with the FTSE 250 company which is a household name, and renting my own place.

Your opinions please.

thanks

T
