Speciific limited company financial requirement

Hi all I’m applying for my wife and 3 children to join me in the UK. For the financial requirement I fall under the specific limited company group. If i show a dividend income of £40,000 would this suffice? if yes, apart from dividend vouchers, latest SA302 calculation, CT600, company accounts, proof of bank statement showing dividend transfer is there anything else i need to provide? Thank you.
