I do have two instances of getting speeding tickets in 2009 and 2010. This however have been paid for (ie the required £60 each) without me having to go to court. Do I need to mention this in the form? Will this be an issue in my application?
I look forward to your advice.
Many thanks in advance.

Goodman, you need to change your username for this post at least
"USUALLY", You do not need to mention anything for which you are not convicted in court. However, you do fall under a category call, repeating offender since you have 2 tickets in 2 years. You may want to refer to an OSIC recognised immigration advisor/solicitor just to be extremely cautious as not declaring it and assuming you had to, this would be deception !! And without having to say, that has sme serious consequences.
Good Luck
