spent 12 of my 19 years in the UK and have no case?

Post by murpasha » Wed Feb 17, 2010 8:38 pm

I am currently in a state of shock as i was told today that i have no case, i have been living in the uk since 2003 as a dependant on my fathers hsmp visa.....my visa expires in may so as it has been 6 years and i am over 18 i thought that now i can apply for indefinate leave as an adult and it would be simple. i have a whole life here, friends, a long term girlfriend, a mortgage a full time job and i also study at part time university. i was today told that since my parents are no longer in the uk there is NOTHING i can do apart from marry my girlfriend to stay...since i am 19 this is not an option. yes this is the woman i want to spend my life with and we have been serious for a while. i want to make sure every route is tested. i cannot even imagine not being here with my girlfriend or living my life .i have never taken a single benifit or help. i have paid all taxes and been a good citizen. how can they try to take my life away like this and say i have no case. i also lived in the uk from 1991 to 1995 under my dads student visa.

Could someone PLEASE tell me if there are any other routes to go down??
I would Greatly appreciate it

If your parents are no longer in the UK neither should you be! You illegal now and working illegally to compound the felony. The decision is a correct one.

The only way is to marry when old enough, or use the EU route (search surinder singh here, I must have explained it a dozen times already!) but it means a big uplift.

Whatever you choose, do it quickly before the removal machine starts, they know u r here illegally now....
