My sponser license has been revoekd

Can anyone give me right advice please, My sponsor's license has been revoked on 14th jan 2014 and i was told to leave the job and i did. my position was business development manager there and i got few options left either going bak to tier4, teir 1 or tier2. if i find new employer, is it possible to change my position with new employer?? does my new employer has to do labour market test?? please advice me asap,,thank you..

if your sponsor's licence has been revoked the HO will curtail your leave to 60 days (from the time of the decision, not from the time of the licence revokation) to give you an opportunity to find other work. Make sure that he HO have your current address.
If you find another T2 sponsor an RLMT will have to be carried out before they can assign a CoS unless the job is a shortage occupation or you will be a high earner
