SPONSOR for family visit UK

Post by kani » Sat Mar 19, 2011 10:23 pm

Hi
I am an IT contractor having own limited company in UK.I am going to sponsor my parent's visit to UK.

Ques1:
I don't have any payslips.I have only bank transaction of my salary and dividends from my business bank account to savings account.

What document should i give for - PAY SLIP FOR LATEST SIX MONTHS?

Ques2:

Can i give SPONSOR’S CURRENT EMPLOYER on behalf of my limited company or should i get it from my agency

What document should i give for - SPONSOR’S CURRENT EMPLOYER LETTER?

Ques3:
Is tenancy agreement mandatory?

Your comments will be of more help to me

Thanks
Kani

1. Payslips issued by your accountant.
2. Which document / form / guidance are you referring to which states that "letter from sponsor's current employer" is needed?
3. Yes, if you are living in a rented accommodation and the visitors will also be staying there.

Thanks for your reply.

I have another query.Currently i am in a shared accomodation.I will be moving to a new rented house when my parents will be arriving here in UK..which might take atleast a month after they get the Visa

So in that case, can i give my current tenancy agreement as one of the supporting document?

Please advice.

Thanks

You or the applicants need to provide evidence of accommodation where the "applicants" will be staying when visiting the UK.
