Sponsor License question

Hi,

My employer have applied for the tier2 general license one month ago and they have received by email password for the Sponsorship Management System, Does it mean that they have given license.

Can you please also let me know how long it will take to get a COS letter i want to switch from psw to tier2

They did mention in the application to assign one certificate to myself,

It was a YES in my case. They sent us the password via email and username via post with our documents. however you have to check your letter to make sure you have been given A Rating. Without A Rating you can't request COS.

It takes minutes to assign a COS. Almost instant !!!
