Failed one module, didn't they offer you a resit so that you could gain your masters degree!

Nevertheless, Visa sponsored jobs are very difficult to find and since you outside the UK, the company will have to prove that they couldn't find someone for the job within the UK/Europe that is like 500 million people(only if they apply).

This is called Resident Labour Market Test(RLMT) if they they complete it then only they can sponsor someone outside the EU.

That is the only option to work in the UK or if you have a working holiday visa (2 years but only 1 year employment granted)

I didn get tru the resit aswell and thats y i couldnt get my masters degree. i believe the working holiday visa has been replaced by youth mobility visa and our country is not eligible under this scheme.

I have got an offer from a company, they are saying that they will sponsor the work permit but i have have to pay them the visa fee alone. but i havent recieved any official offer letter or any such thing from them and am wondering how tocheck if they are geniune and not a scam. any idea guys?

1. Check if they are on the register of sponsors
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ofsponsors

2. Google about the company, you should find something about them if they are fake

3. You should have Certificate of Sponsorship(COS) received from them before you apply the entry clearnace/visa

Your visa fees need to be paid with a visa application to the UK government, not to an employer.

If at all it is a geuine company, they wouldnt ask money to sponsor VISA.
I assume this would either be a SPAM / SCAM.
AND / OR
some local road side company which does this sponsored visa sponsoring program as their full time job.
Rarely you may end up with a company which will sponsor visa and take you for work with just getting the VISA money from you. AGAIN you may not be paid to market standards and would be paid less.

Be advised that if you are on a sponsored VISA, then you legally restricted to work only for that company. On the other hand, you may work in low profile jobs for very very less salary and have a horrible life without spending the money for housing / fooding in the UK. In the long run, if you turn back and see what you did, you will regret urself. Instead of abusing UK Visa's consider other options
Like - Going back to ur home country and you may return when the UK BA once again opens the quota.
