Sponsorship of irish join family visa

Hello first time posting
i would aperciate some advice about join vamily irish visa , i have been told my sponsor should contact the INIS applying by writing first then wait for them to reply with a questionnary , if its been approved i can go a head and apply for the join family visa , question is i dont know their email adress i have looked for long time and still nothing can someone help please
