Sponsorship on Joint Mortgage

I was wondering if anyone could advise.

My husband is looking to sponsor his sister and her kids who live in India to come here to the UK for a visit.

We currently have a joint mortgage.

I do not accept that he uses our address as its my house too but he said he can use it even though it's a joint mortgage.

Is it possible for him to use the home address solo with only his name to bring his sister and kids over?

Unless you inform the Home Office that as joint home owner you are not supporting the use of your home for accommodation for the proposed individuals.
Can your husband state he is offering accommodation without your knowledge or consent- YES
