Spouse Dependent Visa-Separation

Just been to the UK for a year on a WP dependent Visa. In the period we got a baby (Now 4 months) we had another already who is now ten and is also in the UK. Marriage has failed to work does that mean I will be deported...leaving my kids behind? HELP!

I think I need more information;

Are you now divorced or have filed for divorce, or are you saying you are thinking of a divorce?

Why do you think you will have to leave your kids behind if you get divorced? Which country did you marry?

Nop..not divorced yet though Wifey may file for one soon. We got married in Zambia and am only in the Country as a dependent of the wife. We are now separated and don't live together.......doesn't that mean I should be deported now?
