Spouse illegal in UK, can I apply for PSW in india

Hi, I really need your help in this....I went to UK for my masters with my husband. we were married for 5 years, had problems and he left me in jan this year to come back to india. I had to submit my coursework i stayed back. I returned back to india in feb to find out that he had gone back to uk in jan itself after staying for 20 days...and he didnt even tell me!!!

My in laws refused to keep any ties with me and my daughter is with them. I have now applied for a divorce and am currently seperated. I intimated the UK VFS about the whole issue and told them that I would not be responsible for him what so ever.

Will this create a problem in my visa application?? I wish to apply for PSW soon, my divorce is under process and I will be giving the power of attorney to my lawyer to handle the case after i am gone...

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
