spouse ILR

I got ILR in may and My spouse ILR IS due in next couple of days. she is on tier 2 dependant visa. please let me know I have to fill set o form.is it right form.
when I am filling the set o form its asking for the sponsor license number.do I need to enter my previous sponsor license number. as I know for spouse ILR there is no need of sponsor license number.please advice.

It is SET(O). Enter the old sponsor number
