Spouse Leave to Remain Application Help

Post by hypermac » Thu Feb 18, 2010 11:14 pm

Hi,

My wife is a British Citizen and I'm currently on a Tier 4(Student visa), we've both being living together with her parents in their house since November 2009 until now and I'm planning on switching to a spouse visa. She's on a salary of 1100 pounds a month after tax and we don't pay rent or utility bills. We have a joint savings account totalling just under 1200 pounds. I had previously being on IGS and worked as an IT consultant for 1 year and haven't worked since I got on a student visa September last year. My questions is:

Besides 3 months worth of bank statements and payslips for all our accounts, what other documents or information would I need to produce during the application process? I have an appointment to make my application at a public enquiry office in a week's time.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks

If you're applying in person you'll need to show proof that you are attending your studies. Check form FLR(M) for other documents.
You're both over 21?
