Spouse- question on previous marriage in the application form

Dear moderators and members,
I have a question regarding filling the application form, I am a British citizen from last 8 years, I married to my spouse 13 years ago in UK, received ILR 11 years ago, now she wanted to apply for British naturalization , when I checked the application form there is a question on previous marriage does this need to be filled even after so may years ( my spouse divorced almost 18 years ago). also can she apply with out spouse route as she studied in UK and has been working full time job from last 4 years.
please suggest and thank you.

She can apply on her own if she is on ILR for 1 year.
T2G 2015, T2 Switch 2018, ILR 2020, BC 2021, British Passport 2022, OCI 2022
