Spouse's status after my ILR

Post by SHILPA123 » Fri Jan 30, 2015 7:59 am

Hi,

Can someone please help me with my query. I will be applying for an ILR in march 2015, my spouse has a Tier-2 dependent visa till January 2016.

Will my spouse have to apply for a new dependent visa after my ILR since my status will have changed.

Many thanks

ILR Dependent query

Post by SHILPA123 » Fri Dec 11, 2015 9:30 am

Hello All,

I am currently on ILR (granted March 2015) upon completion of 5years on a Tier2 visa in the UK.

My husband is currently on a Tier2 dependent visa (granted April 2013). His visa is due to expire in Jan 2016 and therefore we will need to apply for an extension for him.

Can someone please help me with the following:
-what visa form does he need to fill
-what is the fess
-what category will he be applying under

Many thanks
