Spouse Visa - Accomodation Requirments

Post by kaka007 » Wed Sep 14, 2011 8:18 am

Hi to all, I am a British national and self employed person applying for my wife's spouse/settlement visa from Pakistan, I have just two questions if some one can answer, I will be very gratefull...

1> I am living in a shared rented residence for past 18 months occupying a double bedroom, We are 3 lodgers living in a 3 bedroom house. Will it be enough to satisfy accomodation adequacy rules. I will be able to supply tennency agreement and a letter from landlord that my wife can live here and he has no problem with it. Do I need a surveyours report or its not necessary?

2> Do I need to send 6 months bank sstatements or 3 months bank statment will be fine along with my accounts and letter from accountant.

Thanks in advance.

regards.

it should be fine read the housing act 1983 and quote it as back up. 6 months statements is better then 3.
