UK spouse visa agency worker

Hello everyone

I work 2 different jobs one being a welfare officer on weekends where I make £260 a week and the second as teacher through and umbrella company as a teacher where I make £650 a week before tax on average a week. However I have had gaps in employment because of leaving jobs and holidays where I am not paid. I wish to sponsor my wife for a visa to come to the UK but my last payslip will be the 5th of August for a part time stint through the umbrella company.

I also had to change umbrella companies three times because of tupe or agency not accepting to pay through them

Will my wife visa be rejected although the last 12 months I have made way above the 18600 threshold

Please help I did book a solicitors consultation but they were useless

If meeting up with all requirements and able to submit application before 5th August and assuming still employed by then , application may be alright through Category B financial route which will make the gaps you are worried about
