Plan on renewing my spouse visa and a bit worried about my tenancy agreement. Need to know if Holiday lettings contract (with a duration of 1 year) for a studio apartment could not sufficient for my visa application.
Other points:
Was given Visa before with the same contract
I don't pay council tax as it is landlords responsibility to cover it
Have a pet and so finding another apartment is a bit problematic
