Hi,

My wife is going back to India for the baby's delivery. I will be staying here on my project. We've got her work permit as well which is for 3 years. We have got the residency permit as well for both of us. Is it something that if she does not come back in 6 months time, the residency permit gets cancelled? Then what about the baby? We have decided to deliver the baby in India.

Please let me know what is to be done..
