Spouse VISA - applicant name

Hi

I have a very small question regarding the naming convention used in my partner's Indian passport. In her passport there is no Family name (surname) as with her parents passport. Her full name is quoted in the Given names column of the passport.

Therefore the same pattern was also chosen by IELTS registration and in the certificate the same logic appears:

Family name: -
First name: (her full name)

I was wondering what should I do about this in the Spouse VISA application form as her Given name and Family name?

Does anyone else have similar issues?
