UK Spouse Visa application

Hello everyone,

I have been working as a contractor for the last 10 years and recently got married in India. I am now applying for a visa for my wife however I have come into some strife with this application. I pay myself via salary/dividends plus also get rental income from another property.

The problem I seem to have is that even though HMRC have a record of my salary the actual money i take out on an adhoc basis from my company account. The dividends are transferred into another account but my monthly wage, would this be a problem?

If HMRC have notification of teh saley that is being paid why do UKBA need to see money being transferred into another account?

Any advice would be very useful ?
