Spouse visa application within uk

Dear members
I have ILR and have appointment on 22nd March 16 for nationality and passport and my main question is my wife has visa till 6th of June 16 and I want to apply for her settlement visa and I only have payslips from January 16 which is 5month so I want to apply before 6th June how can i get further 1month time meanwhile I can provide June month payslip

Because I start my job on January 2016 before I was the director of a company and my income was not enough and I don't want to show self-employed income than I need to show 12 months slips and my wife visa is running out on 6th of June 2016 that's why I start new job

She's is in Pakistan now and coming to UK in March 16 she's on tier1 dependent visa not visit visa which is running out on 6th of June 2016
