Spouse's visa - certified or notarised documents?

Post by junai » Tue Dec 08, 2009 12:19 pm

Me - British
Fiance - South African

Do my documents (passport, birth cert., etc.) need to be certified or notarised? I ask this because having them notarised is more expensive than just having them certfied.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Every single page to be copied by solicitors and then stamped and certified by them.

Costs around £15 - will take 10 minutes
