Spouse Visa - Documents and Application form

Hiya,
I entered on Spouse/Partner Visa and was granted ILE for 2.5 years. Now, I am making an application to extend it. My husband holds ILR. There are few questions on the application form that makes me weary if the decision will be based on the answer. Also, need some clarity on documents to be submitted as proof.

I am listing them down here. Could someone kindly respond with your expert guidance.

-If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to?
Ans:
- Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country?
Yes / No (if yes explain with evidence and proof)
- Could you and your partner live together outside the UK if necessary?
-Please explain why you and your partner cannot live together outside the UK

Now about documents to be submitted as proof of residence together since I entered, the below is from the gov website.

We do not have anything in our joint names. I understand we need to provide 6 sources of evidence as communication to our residence individually so in total 12 items of evidence.

Both of us can produce bank statements/ credit card statement for the continuous 2 years period. Utility bill is in my name (partly in paper statement and remaining in online statements) but I have it for continuous 2 years period. My husband has HMRC communication for 2 years continuously. That's 2 source of evidence for both of us for continuous 2 year period. For the remaining 4 source of evidence we do not have it for continuous period of 2 years but some letters from acceptable sources as listed below spread sporadically across the 2 years. ---> we have letters from GP/NHS (both of us individually), savings bank account (my name), HMRC (my name), credit card statement (husband), Council tax (husband's name).

Will these documents be sufficient for my application?

Document explanation as on gov.uk -
You must provide at least 6 items of correspondence, addressed to you and your partner jointly or in both your names. The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years. They should be from at least 3 different sources. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you. For example - 4 items of correspondence in joint names to the same address and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address. In total 8 items would need to be submitted. If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address.

Examples of acceptable evidence include:

Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing
Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters
Bank statements or letters
Building society savings books or letters
Council tax bills or statements
Electricity or gas bills or statements
Water rates bills or statements
Mortgage statements or agreement
Tenancy agreement(s)
Telephone bills or statements[/color]

Pretty self explanatory which should truthfully be answered concisely and the same won't affect the decision.

I have now completed the online application form and gathered all the documents.

My husband has signed the declaration of spouse form. But, I have a question in regards with Family consent form. Part 1 will be signed by me as I am the applicant. Part 2 need not be signed as we do not have anything in joint names. Now, should Part 3 be signed by my husband? As I am making the application with his Financial status. Or is it for an applicant who is making the application with Financial support of someone else apart from his/her spouse?

Despite you have nothing named jointly but still better to get the part 2 be signed by the sponsor, just in case. Aside this, simply write n/a on consent form # 3 as no third party support is allowed.
