Spouse Visa - Exceeded 270 Days

Hi All,

I am a British Citizen and my wife has got ILR in July last year so she is eligible for naturalization now (came to UK in May, 2012).

In 2013, I got a contract job in Denmark so she accompanied me. She spent around 180 days there. So now the total absences are around 320 days which exceeds 270 days criteria set by HO for 3 yeas path to naturalization. Since she is also working in my limited company, I am planning to show these absences are business visits. Does anyone know if HO will make any issue because of it.
