Spouse Visa Extension Docuement Check?

Hi there, I am getting my application ready for my spouse extension Visa for November 2023. I wanted to ask about a few documents to prove that I live with my husband.

I have 3 letter's that are both addressed to us that span over the 2 years. i.e. Council Tax, Tenancy agreement and joint bank account. Unfortunately our bills can only have one account holder so they are addressed to us individually. And annoyingly he uses his parent's address for a lot of his correspondence. I didn't really think much of it when we first started living together and now I'm really scrambling to get documents together.

How many documents do I need that have our names individually if we have 3 letter's with both our names on it?

If our tenancy agreement is from more than 2 1/2 years old, can I use this as proof? I have asked our landlord to send us a letter stating that it's a rolling contract.

Could I use documents sent to our address from my husband's pension that has his name on it?

Could I use our cat's insurance documents that have his name on it?

I also have a letter from the Royal Borough of Greenwich about our parking permit that's addressed to my husband? Would this be ok to submit?
