Spouse Visa Extension for PIP recipient.

Hello Gurus!

My wife spouse visa extension is due in 15 days, i would like to ask few question :

I am in recipient of Personal Independence Payment(PIP), Universal credit and do work some odd job for Cash in hand roughly around £700/month. This means you don't pay tax on this. That can't be used as an income as it isn't declared.

I have been told by DWP not to work because of my bad health and I receive the higher amount of disability, My wife she does not work either as she looks after me and my 3 kids.

I understand I don't have to fulfil the financial requirement of £29000, but still i need to demonstrate adequate maintenance , will home office consider my PIP, Uiversal credit payment and the cash I earn combined together towards the demonstration of adequate maintence fund?

Secondly my wife is on 5 year route, can not having the earning of £29000 or my disability can put her on 10 years visa route on this extnesion ? Most possibly. You haven't met the requirements for 5 years, but your marriage cannot be denied either. The middle ground for that is 10 years.

Please guide me what points i need to considers while putting this application for extension.
