Spouse visa for limited leave to remain

Hi ,
My name is Zaman ,I received my limited leave to remain on the basis of under the Immigration Rules, including the partner/parent and private life routes contained within Part 8 paragraphs, Appendix FM and paragraphs 276ADE(1) – CE and on the basis of exceptional circumstances.

Background:
I came in the Uk 2009 and was student until 2015 then got married to European nationals got the visa until 2021 January but I divorced 2017,marriage was stayed 2 years 11 months,
I applied ILR on 2020 and refused. Through appeals offered from home office limited leave to remain.

My query is am I eligible to bring my partner as a spouse visa in the Uk if yes then which from I need to go through?

Were you able to apply for your partner's entry clearance? I'm also on the 10 year route to settlement under article 8 leave outside the rules. I'm looking to bring my wife by applying for entry clearance as spouse. Have you found an answer yet?
