Hi there

I want to apply for my wife. I got ILR. My son is a British citizen. I applied for his British passport from overseas. But still didn't receive. My all original documents has been submitted with his passport application. ex Nikah nama,marriage certificate. I have income £18600. I want to know can I apply for my spouse visa from overseas while his passport application is pending and what is the format of employment letter and what information I need to give them on the letter. Do I need to submit house inspection report.
If I submit tenancy agreement,utility bill and council tax bill is that ok.

please please let me know if anybody know the answer
