Spouse visa help needed!

Dear all users,

I am going to apply for a spouse visa for my wife in pakistan.i am a dutch citizen(EU-citizen) living in uk.i have heared there are different rules applies for British citizen and EU-citizen to apply for a spouse visa.Would you please guide me briefly which documents do i need to apply for a spouse visa as a EU-citizen living in UK.

For instance:

how much gross salary should b?(month/year

how many salary slips do i need?

which work contract would b fine 6months or year?

Please provides me details of all the documents which i needed to apply for spouse visa as a EU-Citizen( If possible..

Your understanding is correct as EU route is different than British and your non-eu partner need to apply EEA family permit. You can know the supporting documents at here.

ive alreday visited this web site but i could not find info about salary and job contract for EU-citizen.

wht is the time limit for processing of application in case of EU national and uk national???is it faster in cases of eu nationals??

as marriage is kind of arranged is it necessary that we show any previous conversation history or stuff like that(is it mandatory)..cz evrything is done by parents.

some1 told me tht the amount of income i have to disclose is comparatively less in case of eu nationals...is this true??if yes then whats the amount?
