Spouse visa/ PIP/ Vietnamese

My husband (British citizen) is receiving Personal Independence Payment and he doesn't have much money in his bank/ saving and it is said that i will not need to meet the minimum income threshold. So does my husband have to have so much in his bank account to be able to sponsor my visa to England?

I (Vietnamses citizen), on the other hand, have about £15,000 in my bank account, i dont know if the embassy will consider that rather than looking at my husband's account. how to calculate how much money i will need to meet the requirements?

I am pretty sure you are exempt from financial requirement as long as you meet the 'adequate maintenance' of £114.85/week after payment of rent/mortgage and council tax. However, no idea how you prove it

It states:

All legal income for the family unit can be included, such as:
 Income from salaried or non-salaried employment.
 Income from self-employment or as a director of a specified limited company in the UK.
 Non-employment income, e.g. income from property rental or dividends from shares.
 Income from Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Child Benefit, income-related
benefits, contributory benefits and benefits/pensions payable to Armed Forces
veterans and their partner.
 State (UK or foreign) or private pension.
 Cash savings held for at least 6 months prior to the date of application.

your saving of £15000 means you can add (15000 divides 104 weeks) = 144,23 per weeks
