My partner is currently on a Tier 4 Visa. Her employer is offering to sponsor her but there is a small chance it may not work out. Her visa expires at the end of the month.
Our back up plan if this does not work out is to get married in Denmark (a place we both love) and then apply for a spouse visa.
2 questions:
1) Can you foresee any issues with our plan?
2) I have been working for my employer since 16th July 2018 earning a salary quite far above the minimum threshold (x3). I therefore have payslips for July, August, September, October, November and December. I will not have my January payslip in advance. I will produce a letter from my employer confirming everything but is the number of payslips I am providing sufficient.
