I've spoken to my lawyer who said the Eco have made an error. To appeal via him would cost me £500 initial stage and £1000 if it goes further.
My Non Salaried income for 6 months was £5194 (worked with employer 1 more than 12 months). An annual equivalent of £10388.
I have savings of £37040 (-1600/2.5 = 8416.20).
Worked for Employer 2 for 4 months. Earned 3600.
We applied under Category A and they said because I worked with employer 2 for under 6 months it has to be looked at in Category B. They basically refused the application under Cat B because I hadnt earned enough.
However lawyer said if you look under Cat A. Added Employment from Employer 1 (£10388) plus savings that I can use (£8416.20) = £18804.20 I meet the £18600 requirement! Does anyone see any flaws?
Should I appeal by myself or go through the lawyer?
