Spouse Visa refused, Reapply

Post by myspouse » Mon Jan 26, 2015 9:26 am

HI GUYS...

I don't don't have a p60 for I think I've lost or misplaced it.
I'm applying for spouse and child (non British) visas. I'm applying under Category B, and payslips and bank statements covering 12 months prior to the date of application will be submitted..
Could there be a problem if I don't have a p60?

Thanks....

No - the P60 isn't mandatory but its advised to include it if you were employed before April 2014.
If you are unable to find it or get a replacement from your employer then just explain that in your application.

Thanks for your reply.

I've asked my wife to state in the application that: What I’d like to be considered is that I acknowledge that my UK sponsor’s P60 had not been submitted with the application for we had been of the impression that the submitted supporting financial documents were sufficient until on the day the application had to be submitted to the Visa Application Centre.
However if you, the ECO, will be requesting the sponsor’s P60 in accordance with paragraph D of the Appendix, I shall be willing to have the document provided in its original form from the UK and submit it to you within a reasonable time scale.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Mrs ..................... (The applicant)

Would that statement be good enough?

Thanks...
