Hello guys.
I will be applying for UK spouse visa in a month time for my wife. I have collected most of the documents to submit for the visa application process. Here is the list of documents, I have gathered so far. Please advise if I need additional documents.
1. Passports
2. Visa showing arrival and departure date
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Wedding Pictures + Videos
5. Message and Call history (Screenshots of all conversation between me and my wife every month)
6. Payslips from past 6 months (Showing a gross income of more than £18,600 per annum)
7. Bank statement from past 6 months to prove my income
8. P60
9. 4 X Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Broadband and Mobile phone bill)
10. Council tax bill from last three year (2020, 2021 & 2022)
11. Land Registry + Mortgage Statement
12. Job letter from employer mentioning annual gross income of £30,000 per annum)
13. Financial Support Evidence (Remitly statements + Bank statements)
14. IELTS A1 Listening and Speaking test certificate
15. Tuberculosis medical certificate
I currently live in 3-bedroom house with my mother and father. All three of us have name in the property. Do I still need to have no objection parent’s letter and property inspection report? Apart from these two documents if you guys think I require additional documents, please mention. Your comments are truly appreciated. Thank you.
