Spouse Visa by Self Employment Income

Post by poundworld » Sat May 15, 2021 10:42 am

Hi everyone.

Me and my spouse are currently self employment.

We are due to extend our spouse visa in December, therefore we require one financial years worth of accounts totaling 18600.

We have been depositing money into our account frequently.

My question is that one of my payments has cleared by the bank late on the 6th April 2021.

As this is over the financial year period of 6 April 2020 to 5 April 2021, can I include this income as part of the spouse visa requirement or not?

thanks
