Spouse visa stamped for 2days minus 2years

Post by jkluke » Fri Oct 28, 2011 2:24 pm

I have a spouse visa stamped for 2 years minus 2 days (for no reason)! I have been resident in the UK on Student and tier1 visas 3.5 years prior to getting spouse visa. I am wondering if I would be eligible to apply for ILR using the spouse visa as the duration of the visa is 2 days less than 2years. Can you please advice.

The period of grant is indeed incorrect, but that should not have any affect on your eligibility for applying for settlement as one can apply 28 days before the 2nd anniversary (of issue of FLR(M) leave).
