Post by foysal1989 » Sun Jan 19, 2014 4:04 pm

Hi,
I am no eu national. I have been in Uk for four years and i left UK couple of months ago. I have applied for visa extension as tier 4 student. It was rejected and refused by high court. After reject permission to stay in uk i came other EU country without valid visa. I married a British national in court in EU country. I know i breeched the law. Is it possible for me to go back UK with spouse visa. Somebody please help.

In theory yes - but you'll only find out when you apply.

In particular - depending on the length of your relationship with the british national - you'll have to be careful of being accused of having a marriage of convenience - which I'm sure it's not.

So providing you and your spouse meet all the requirements for the british spouse visa you should be able to apply. But note you will have to apply from your country of legal residence - not where you are illegally.
