Hi im a british citizen I would like to know that how much saving should be shown to apply for spouse visa if I dont meet the requirements earning of 18,600. I earn 13000k per annum. Please advise.

Financial Requirement - annual gross salary = x

X multiplied by 2.5 plus £16000 is savings required.

It could change depending on Home Office appeal going through atm

Changes to the financial minimum are likely to be a long way off. If the Home Office lose this appeal they will almost certainly take it to the Supreme Court.

ther is question on the online form vaf4 . how much does ur sponsor spend each month on living cost ? i didint know how much i put i need advice pls . my wife earn 377 dla a month and 488 pnd a month from esa also she own the house . she live with her sister they pay the bills 50/50. any advice pls. didint know how much i put ?
