Hello, I'm Peruvian (with Peruvian passport) and work / residence in Italy with my document ok. I'm married Englishman march past in denmark and now I'm changing my passport and documents with married name in my embassy peruvian in milan. But I on unemployment. My husband shows his revenue and documents to I get "spouse visa uk". I can have problems to get visa uk? Thank you for all right information.

You don't have to be employed, but you husband does unless he has £62.500 in savings. Is he living in the UK and earning a minimum of £18,600 per year? You also need to pass the A1 level English test unless you have a degree that has been taught in English.
