Hi everyone,

A quick question regarding the spouse visa.

Is there any restrictions on the number of dates out of UK such as 6 months within a year?

Got the first spouse visa in September 2018.

There is no restriction of absence on spouse visa but heavy absences doesn't let the person to fulfill the requirement of cohabitation for getting extension. And it also affect the eligibility for ILR.
