Spouse Visa UK

Hello, I am going to be applying for a uk spouse visa for my husband.

I am living with my parents and siblings in a council house. My parents are in receipt of benefits (they receive benefit support for the rent payment) and their names are on the tenancy agreement.

I am going to be paying rent and my husband will be joining me at the same property.

How do I show that I will be paying rent? Will I need to show a written receipt to show that I am paying 50 pounds or so a week of rent with my parents and my signatures?

I am working and I will provide 6 months of payslips. I am also claiming carers allowance. Carers allowance is roughly 63 or 64 pound something and my wage is roughly 125.00 a week. How do I show adequate maintenance/income?

Will it be my wage added to the carers allowance to show my income, and then rent of 50 or 60 pounds deducted to show that I have 120 pound income weekly.

As I have checked carers allowance eligibility and it states that you need to not earn more than 120 after rent etc. costs. However, I am still not sure and would like to confirm.
