Hi are new applications being accepted? For spouse visas to apply from Uk ? And if not when will they reopen? As cant seem to get no information from anywhere ? Please let me know

The online application process has not be suspended at all. It was the UK biometric centres that were closed and have started to reopen.

All the information has been freely available on UKCVI and UKCVAS websites!!
