Spouse Visa

Please can someone advise me. I am planning to go back to Zimababwe with my wife to apply for a spouse visa.
What sort of documents do i need to submit. I am in the middle of sorting out the file.
Where do i submit the application. The British high commission was relocated to South Africa sometime ago.
I appreciate your help????????
