SPOUSE VISA

Hi everyone,

Wonder if someone can give me some advise. Basically i came to the UK in 2000 and applied for asylum. I was granted temporally leave for two years, however after the two years i then received a letter from the home office saying that there was going to be a court hearing to decide my case. I didn't attend the court hearing and decided that i would return to my home country which in the end was not able to do. Three years later i rang the home office to find out what is happening to my file and i was told that my case was still awaiting further consideration and is being considered under legacy. My question is, since a lot of applications have been granted under this legacy scheme, is my case likely to be granted as well? Please advise.

Many thanks

I think you might want to tell us your immigration story before you can be given advice

we can't tell you if you will be approved based on the success of other cases!
I tell it like it is.
