Hi John
I am turning 21 at the end of november and will be applying for spouse visa for my partner.I am a british citizen. I am currently working full time but also recieving working tax credit, child tax credit and child benefit. will this have any affect on the application. also what document can i show the clearance officer to confirm that i am eligible for these tax credits?

You don't need to show the ECO that you are eligible for the tax credits.

It will not have a detrimental effect on the application.
