hi all

pls i need help i came in uk 2006 2years spouse visa now i overstayed by 3 and half years i have 4 years old daughter too i m really worried that they will reject me and my husband and my daughter britsih citizen can u pls tell me what do i do now ? i m applying this through my solicitor and another thing is that my husband is not working :(

What advice has your solicitor given you?

He said he can not gaurantee it may get rejected i m paying him lot of money
