spouse visa - visa extension or indefinate leave

I need to clarify following queries before i apply for specific visa-

I am holding an Indian passport with dependent visa on my spouse who is British citizen currently.We got married in Feb 2009 and i came in UK with my spouse in April 2009 on dependent visa. I stayed with him for four months in UK from April 2009 to Aug 2009 and went back to India to persue my studies but I use to come frequently to meet my spouse. I extended my visa as dependent from India. I again applied for dependent spouse visa on Apr 2013 which is getting expired in Jan 2016.I came in UK in May 2013 and since then I am staying with him. I never got my visa expired in between. it always been extended before previous one expire

During this period I gave birth to a girl child and she has British passport as well.

Will I be eligible to apply for ILR or have to go for dependent visa extension and then apply for ILR.

What is your spouse's visa history?

You will qualify in 2018.

My spouse started as HSMP ( general)...then move to Tier1 general and indefinate on the basis of 5 yrs, and then British passport...
