Spouse Visa: Weekly Wage Slips

Post by omarinbox » Fri Oct 17, 2014 8:06 pm

I'm planning to submit the online application with my lawyer on Monday but I have a question about weekly wage slips.

I need to submit 6 months wage slips. I shall be submitting from beginnign of April until today.

I feel a month's wage slips should not be compromised because we submit in the middle of a month.

Should I hold off sending the papers until the end of the month when I have October's wage slips?

Will it be okay to have the current slips in on top of the ones from April?

If the total of wage slips you're sending is equal or greater than 18600,with your employers stating this, then there shouldn't be problem. If it's not and you rush this,I'm afraid to tell you that the application will be refused.
The financial aspect of spouse application can't be compromised even if it's a minor error.
Also know that your employer must give you a letter stating
Your employment, duration of employment, your annual gross income and the period of getting the income.

Thanks for replying. some more details from me, I'm sending in 6 months of wage slips.

Any consecutive 6 months within the period I am sending exceeds 9300 because thats the requirement for 6 months of wage slips.

I receive a weekly wage and my income varies week to week due to overtime.

I have a letter confirming my wage (I am not salaried but receive a weekly wage), a P60, a PAYE Coding Notice and my bank statements.

As I stated before my point is that I'm planning to send in the wage slips from the beginning of April until today for the sake of currency.

That is 6 months paid from the beginning of April until the end of September plus the 3 wageslips dated October and the accompanying bank statements.

You reckon this will go okay?

Whatever you send, pay slips, bank statement and all that mustn't be more than 28 days.
I don't understand what you mean by "for the sake of currency" though.

It will, if pay slips, bank statements and ALL other requirements are met.
